Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement site-specific QA/QC Programs in accordance with contract requirements.
- Manage and supervise Quality Control Engineers I & II, as well as testing lab technicians.
- Interface with clients and architects to ensure approval of Quality Control Programs and related matters.
- Manage and spot-check field installations for compliance with contract documents.
- Provide a direct communication channel to the Project Director for concerns, observations, and good practices.
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Engineering, Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 12-15 years' experience in a Quality Assurance related role with experience creating and implementing Quality Programs.
- Successful completion of OSHA 30-Hour Construction Industry Outreach Training required.
- Experience and solid understanding of design & construction Quality systems.
- Management, monitoring, and audit experience preferred.
Austin Commercial offers excellent benefits, including medical, dental, life, and disability insurance, and a matching 401K plan. We are proud to be a 100% Employee-Owned Company (ESOP). In accordance with California's pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this position is $150,000 - $200,000. Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience, qualifications, and skills.
