Healthcare Receptionist

Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and organized Medical Receptionist to join our dynamic team at Cypress Healthcare Partners, supporting our mission to deliver exceptional patient care.

Main Duties:

• Welcome patients, manage their registration, and update demographic information within electronic medical records.
• Process patient payments, follow up on unpaid balances, and communicate effectively with patients and healthcare staff.
• Answer and direct phone calls, retrieve messages, and coordinate appointment scheduling.
• Support other front-office tasks, such as data entry, document scanning, and supply management.

Requirements:

You must hold a high school diploma or equivalent, possess at least three months of experience in a healthcare setting, and demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is necessary, and being bilingual may be beneficial in specific clinics or shifts.

Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary range of $48,000 - $58,000 per year, based on experience, plus comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
