Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care, including lactation support and education, to patients and their families.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor patient progress, identify potential issues, and implement interventions as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing program.
- Valid NJ RN license.
- BLS certification.
- Prior experience in M/B, lactation education.
- Preferred: BSN, prior M/B, L&D or SCN experience, NRP certification, ACLS certification, International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant or working towards.
