The Marketing Lead & Sales Specialist will cultivate these leads to enhance interest and qualification based on dealer-defined criteria, subsequently passing them to the sales team when appropriate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound communications and maintain records to gather and report vital market insights related to competition, customer data, and product performance.
  • Meet the established annual call rate for each designated account.
  • Engage with assigned clients to identify business challenges, timelines, and opportunities for dealer solutions.
  • Identify and assess leads for dealer solutions from outreach efforts to assigned prospects and customers.
  • Document business challenges, timelines, opportunities, and leads in the dealer's customer relationship management system (CRM).
  • Efficiently transfer qualified leads to the appropriate sales personnel.
  • Build a professional rapport with contacts based on value, expertise, trust, and integrity.
  • Verify and update contact details for leads, prospects, and customers in the assigned database.
  • Remove leads, prospects, and customers from the database who are no longer viable or disqualified based on dealership criteria.
  • Continuously enhance knowledge of products and services through ongoing training and research.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred but may be substituted with relevant work experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or analytics is essential.
  • Familiarity with a parts and services sales organization is advantageous.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team, demonstrating a proactive and positive attitude, along with strong self-motivation.
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks and shifting priorities through effective organization and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent communication skills for conveying data effectively; strong phone etiquette and experience in inbound call management are crucial.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time, primarily by car, to engage with customers and support events.
  • Physical ability to use hands, communicate verbally, and lift up to 30 lbs.
