At Accredo, the specialty pharmacy division of Evernorth Health Services, you'll have the opportunity to take your nursing skills to the next level by helping to improve lives.

As a Home Infusion Registered Nurse, you'll travel to patients' homes to provide critical infusion medications, building relationships with patients and seeing the positive impact of your care.

You'll drive growth in your career by challenging yourself to use your nursing skills, confidence, and positive attitude to handle even the toughest situations, with the support from your team.

For over 30 years, Accredo by Evernorth has delivered dedicated, first-class care and services for patients, focusing on their overall well-being.

Work with pharmacists and therapeutic resource centers to ensure that patients' needs are met and to help them achieve their best health.

Provide follow-up care and manage responses to ensure their well-being, documenting all interactions, including assessments, treatments, and progress.

Requirements include 1+ year of experience in critical care, acute care, or home healthcare, willingness to travel within a designated area, and ability to work 32 hours per week (weekdays, during the day), with occasional evening or weekend visits as needed.

Additionally, flexibility to work different shifts on short notice and be available for on-call visits as needed is required.
