- Collaborate with program managers and strategic business teams to develop, implement, and oversee strategic planning and portfolio management at the directorate level.
- Plan work to be accomplished by subordinates, set priorities, evaluate work performance, and provide guidance and advice to employees.
- Create and refine commodity-specific procedures and processes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of program IPTs.
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
- Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.
- New employees to the Department of the Navy will be required to successfully pass the E-Verify employment verification check.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty.
- Must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- Experience in logistics management, program management, or a related field.
- Knowledge of product support management concepts, corrective actions, and changes to reflect new requirements, technologies, and safety concerns.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic planning and portfolio management at the directorate level.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
