Key Qualifications:

• Availability to work on-site in Miami, FL for 1-2 days weekly (mandatory);
• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a QA Analyst role;
• Proficiency with a test/defect management tool for loading test cases, executing them, linking test cases to requirements, creating and tracking defects, and associating defects with test cases;
• Strong SQL skills;
• Expertise in data analysis, system analysis, problem-solving, and gathering business requirements to translate into User Stories;
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies;
• Experience with DevOps tools and frameworks;
• Competence in Microsoft Office Suite applications;
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Identifying, tracking, and following up on defects and bugs;
• Adhering to SDLC methodologies for documentation and tracking of all system modifications;
• Developing and executing comprehensive test plans;
• Comprehending business requirements, use cases, and business scenarios to formulate suitable test cases;
• Demonstrating self-guidance and providing status updates on testing and QA activities to management.
