We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team. As an LPN/LVN at CVS Health, you will play a vital role in providing holistic patient care to your community with support, guidance, collaboration, and a "one store, one team" mindset.

The typical pay range for this role is $24.64 - $53.53 per hour, depending on experience, education, and location.

About the Job

In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks, including:

  • Assessing patients during intake and taking vital signs
  • Administering vaccine injections and performing point-of-care testing, including COVID-19 testing
  • Performing phlebotomy and specimen collection services
  • Providing excellent patient-focused connections and activities

You will work closely with our clinical team to deliver comprehensive, high-quality care that meets the needs of our patients, their families, and our communities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A full, active, and unrestricted license as a Licensed Practical or Vocational Nurse in a State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States or District of Columbia
  • Graduate of a school of Practical or Vocational Nursing, or Registered Nursing, approved by the State Agency and/or accredited by the National League for Nursing (Accrediting Commission)
