  • Promote best-in-class performance through networking and benchmarking.
  • Protect proprietary technology through approved and certified relationships with third parties.
  • Support the evaluation of new technologies and recommend automation opportunities to improve operations.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in engineering and maintenance management, with a minimum of 5 years in an aseptic process facility.
  • Strong experience in continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, maintenance programs, equipment installation, and automation.
  • Ability to read electrical schematics, P&ID, construction drawings, and other related work documents.
  • Experience with high-speed packaging equipment.
  • Detailed-oriented and prior experience with P&L and budget management in an FDA-regulated plant.

**Compensation:** Up to $125,000 base salary plus bonus potential and relocation assistance offered.
