Key Responsibilities:


Field Work:

  • Service 4+ customers daily
  • Complete on-site work orders, provide customer service, and conduct follow-ups
  • Work across various sectors including Property Management, Hospitality, Moving Services, and Construction

Customer Service and Communication:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and property management teams
  • Document work progress and notes in our CRM system
  • Engage with the support team for inquiries

Repair Process:

  • Understand and apply our unique 5-step repair methodology
  • Utilize tools from your personalized toolkit
  • Employ creative problem-solving techniques for repairs

We seek candidates with experience in fabricating or installing bathtubs. Knowledge of common bathtub materials such as fiberglass, gel coat, enameled steel, and acrylic is essential, as we focus on repairing damages that occur during or after installation.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience in construction, manufacturing, painting, or related hobbies
  • Experience in facilities maintenance is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Ability to identify, compare, and replicate colors; an artistic background is beneficial but not required
  • Willingness to dedicate time to mastering a new skill
