Overview:
Ensure a pristine and welcoming environment for guests, staff, and vendors by maintaining the cleanliness of hotel rooms and facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly clean bathrooms, sinks, mirrors, and floors using appropriate cleaning tools and agents.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines for the use of cleaning products.
- Change bed linens and make beds, which may involve lifting items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Dust and sanitize all surfaces, including furniture and fixtures.
- Vacuum rooms and dispose of waste properly.
- Restock guest room supplies and amenities as needed.
- Sign for and manage room keys, ensuring proper inventory and cleanliness checks.
- Maintain regular attendance and be available for scheduled shifts.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Ability to perform cleaning tasks in various positions, including bending and reaching.
- Willingness to assist colleagues and work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Familiarity with cleaning agents and equipment, with or without accommodations.
- Capability to handle equipment weighing up to 100 lbs. with or without accommodations.
