Job Title: HVAC Mechanic

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Mechanic to join our team at Thomas Jefferson University. As an HVAC Mechanic, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, repair, and maintain HVAC equipment and systems
  • Under the general direction of the HVAC lead, troubleshoot and resolve HVAC-related issues
  • Work with building automation controls, pneumatics, and other mechanical systems
  • Collaborate with facilities maintenance team to ensure smooth operation of mechanical systems
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in industrial/institutional HVAC maintenance work
  • Building automation controls, pneumatics, and hospital experience desired
  • High school or vocational school graduate; trades apprenticeship completion desired
  • Controls training a plus
