Financial Leadership Opportunity

Patriot Fire Inc is seeking an experienced Chief Finance Officer to lead our financial operations. This role will oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial strategies and plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Manage the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Lead the accounting team, promoting a culture of excellence and professionalism.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including external auditors and regulatory bodies.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in senior financial roles, with a proven track record of success.
  • Expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Candidates must have a minimum of a BA in Accounting or related field, with an MBA preferred.
