Luxury Property Sales Specialist Job Description:

This role requires a proactive and client-focused approach, with a strong ability to work independently as well as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful property sales, with a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Real Estate Agent. Responsibilities:
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to set competitive listing prices and identify current trends.
  • Secure Listings: Persuade property owners to list their properties with our firm by demonstrating our expertise and value proposition.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with expert advice and regular updates throughout the selling process.
  • Transaction Management: Oversee the entire transaction process, from contract to closing, coordinating with buyers, sellers, and other professionals as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Active Real Estate License in Texas
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Real Estate Agent
  • Strong knowledge of local real estate markets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency with real estate software and tools
Estimated Salary: $92,000 - $175,000 per year.
