Key Responsibilities
  • Functional Capacity Evaluations: Conduct thorough assessments to determine clients' physical abilities and limitations.
  • Work Hardening Evaluations: Design and implement programs to help clients regain their strength and endurance.
  • Client Relationships: Establish strong rapport with clients, coworkers, and referral partners to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Return-to-Work Programs: Develop and supervise programs to help clients return to work safely and effectively.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our team of OTs, PTAs, and COTAs to provide comprehensive care.
  • Communication: Coordinate with QRCs, case managers, physicians, and employers to ensure seamless communication and successful outcomes.
  • Reporting: Write detailed narrative reports and weekly progress reports to keep stakeholders informed.
Requirements
  • Occupational Therapist License: Must be licensed to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state of employment.
  • Experience: 1+ years of experience in industrial rehabilitation or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
