Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Store Associate to join our team at Sherwin-Williams. As a Store Associate, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining a high level of store appearance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and making product recommendations.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card transactions, and returns.
  • Assist customers in finding products, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stocking shelves, facing merchandise, and performing daily cleaning tasks.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and attractive shopping experience.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve store objectives, including sales growth, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English and Spanish.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
