We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Hospice team as a Weekday On Call RN. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to patients and their families in their homes.
Responsibilities- Deliver individualized nursing care plans to ensure patients have an optimal care experience
- Provide safe patient care in emergency visit settings
- Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to support patients and their families
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school with current licensure to practice in the state of operation
- 1 year of nursing experience, with 3+ years preferred
- Experience in hospice or a similar setting preferred
