  • Thrive in a dynamic Agile Scrum environment, contributing to Design, Development, Administration, and troubleshooting within AEM.
  • Collaborate with technology teams to design and sustain large-scale, highly responsive Ecommerce applications (preferably cloud-based) utilizing Adobe Experience Manager, interfacing with a variety of internal and external systems.
  • Act as a subject matter authority by recognizing technological trends and platforms (including web and mobile applications) and working with team members to recommend solutions aligned with the organization's objectives.
  • Lead and participate in the planning and estimation of Adobe projects across various domains including Frontend, Middleware, Backend, and Environment setup.
  • Ensure adherence to coding best practices to enhance page load times and overall performance.
Required Skills:

  • Over 12 years of experience in Content Management Systems, with a focus on designing solutions where AEM is a pivotal element.
  • Profound knowledge of AEM/Adobe CQ/Digital Marketing Suite.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Managed Services and AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS).
  • Proven experience in designing modules and components along with end-to-end AEM implementations.
  • Expertise in AEM and related technologies such as Sling, OSGI, Felix, Jackrabbit, JCR, and CRX.
  • Background in conceptualizing, designing, building, and deploying Enterprise Content Management solutions.
  • Experience with Data platforms and Cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.), along with strong skills in scripting, CI-CD, and tools like GIT and Jenkins.
  • Proficiency in languages and technologies including HTML, HTML5, JavaScript, XML, Java, WCM, RESTful services, web analytics, and content targeting.
  • Relevant experience in Enterprise Architecture Consulting, including stakeholder interviews, architecture reviews, and consensus building.
  • A professional and consultative approach with a strong commitment to customer service excellence.
  • Ability to devise innovative solutions for complex challenges and adapt quickly to new situations.
  • Expertise in performance optimization and troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Strong technical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
  • In-depth understanding of Digital Experience Platforms to provide strategic guidance on effectively leveraging Adobe suite products.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of modern web frameworks and best practices in web architecture.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is required.
