This role offers a unique opportunity to lead a team and drive success in a fast-paced warehouse environment. As a Parts Warehouse Lead, you will oversee the daily operation of our warehouse, ensuring efficient inventory management, accurate order fulfillment, and exceptional customer service.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage the daily workflow of the warehouse team and delivery drivers
  • Take ownership of inventory organization and accuracy
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

Requirements:


  • 1+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Proficiency in computer applications associated with manufacturer parts, repair, and warranty
  • Ability to drive a forklift (training available)
  • Valid driver's license with a good record
