Role Overview:

The Senior Accountant position entails overseeing intricate and substantial accounting functions with accuracy and coordination.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and examination of journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and subsidiary ledgers
  • Analysis of financial patterns, costs, and revenues for future forecasting
  • Preparation of audit and tax documentation
  • Timely analysis and reconciliation of project budgets
  • Reporting on the organization’s financial status and offering insightful resource utilization recommendations
  • Efficient completion of assigned responsibilities

Essential Skills and Knowledge:

  • Understanding of general accounting principles in a medium to large corporate environment
  • Advanced expertise in Balance Sheet Reconciliations and double-entry accounting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis
  • Strong multitasking, communication, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Good comprehension and communication abilities in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Accounting software

Preferred Knowledge and Experience:

  • Familiarity with healthcare-specific accounting principles
  • Experience with General Ledger Financial Systems
  • Understanding of healthcare reimbursement and regulatory standards
  • Experience in tax documentation preparation and submission
  • Knowledge of Healthcare Revenue Recognition and Analysis

Qualifications:

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related discipline
  • A minimum of two years of relevant technical experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • At least three years of relevant technical experience
  • Master's degree in a Business-related discipline
