Position Overview:

As a key member of our consumer deposit and relationship management team, you will deliver proactive, friendly, and efficient service that fosters trust and loyalty among our consumer and small business clients. Your responsibilities will include executing primary deposit and withdrawal services, as well as facilitating the opening of new accounts.

Compensation:

$19.00 per hour plus potential for incentive bonuses. **Compensation varies based on experience.**

Work Schedule:
  • Full-time, 40 hours per week
  • 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday
  • Rotating Saturdays at designated branches (9 AM - 12 PM)

Key Responsibilities:

To excel in this role, you should be able to perform the following essential duties:
  • Develop an understanding of our products, services, and customer needs.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to achieve branch performance objectives.
  • Identify and recommend products that align with customers' financial goals.
  • Efficiently process account openings and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Safeguard BNC and customer interests by adhering to policies and procedures, ensuring security and confidentiality.
  • Provide support for daily operational transactions as needed.

  • Minimum one year of cash handling experience.
  • At least one year of experience in delivering high-quality customer service.
  • Previous experience as a Bank Teller is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with banking deposit procedures, lending products, and account opening processes.
  • Experience in promoting products and basic sales skills.
Education
  • High School Diploma (or GED) required.
  • College education preferred.
