Barback (Isabelle's)

Join Htel Swexan, a premier hospitality owner-operator in Dallas, as a Barback in our vibrant Isabelle's bar. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and friendly operation of the bar, providing exceptional service to our guests, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

• Assist bartenders in monitoring and coordinating the day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring all FOH SOPs are followed and executed.
• Interact with staff and guests in a fast-paced environment, remaining flexible, proactive, and efficient while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
• Deliver spotless service to all guests, ensuring their needs and expectations are fulfilled to the highest level.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized bar area, ensuring all equipment, materials, and utensils are in perfect working condition.
• Proactively greet guests warmly and provide a pleasant and comfortable experience.
• Develop knowledge of food, wine, cocktails, coffee, and beers to engage with guests and provide recommendations.
• Work effectively in a team environment, taking instructions from managers and completing assignments independently.
• Exercise problem-solving skills and interact with co-workers, managers, guests, and the public in a professional and pleasant manner.
• Communicate effectively with the restaurant manager, servers, and host/hostess to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Engage guests with a pleasant greeting and take drink orders in accordance with bar service standards.
• Participate in daily maintenance and cleanliness of the bar, ensuring all coolers and side stations are cleaned and stocked daily.
• Replenish bar snacks and maintain a well-stocked bar area.
• Follow all procedures and policies regarding beverages as prescribed by Htel Swexan standards.

• High School diploma or equivalent is strongly preferred.
• TIPS certification or similar State required certifications.
• Pleasant, hospitable, and attentive to guests always.
• Knowledgeable of HHG information to assist guests at any time.
• TABC and FH certifications.
