Loss Prevention Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Loss Prevention Specialist to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton Lake Tahoe. This role is responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our property, while providing exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patrol all areas of the property to prevent loss and ensure guest safety.
  • Assist guests with room access and respond to emergencies in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a high level of awareness and vigilance to prevent theft and other security breaches.
  • Collaborate with hotel staff to resolve safety hazard situations and ensure a smooth operation of the property.
  • Document all Security/Loss Prevention related incidents and complete incident reports as required.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • No prior experience in Loss Prevention is necessary, but a keen eye for detail and ability to work independently are essential.
