Compensation Information: 32%-35% collections, $800-$900 daily rate for first 6-12 months.
Benefits:

1.54 hours accrued for every 40 hours worked. Accrual rate increases based on tenure.
Sick Leave: 1 hour earned for every 30 hours worked. 40 hour max
Holidays: 8 paid holidays (eligible for Full Time positions only)

Our General Dentists can expect:
Great emphasis on treatment planning and practice philosophy based on Dental Quality Alliance and Institute of Medicine Principles of Optimal Dental Care

Duties and Responsibilities
The clinical duties of an Associate General Dentist include:
Work with clinical staff to provide quality patient care
Follow standard dentistry procedures and comply with company policies
Refer patients to appropriate specialists as needed
Stay abreast with latest developments and techniques in the dental field
Exude excellent interpersonal skills to maintain effective rapport with patients, other Dentists, office managers, and other staff members
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
