Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including make readies, turns, and work orders, to ensure the upkeep of the community's physical assets.
  • Conduct electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repair tasks to maintain the community's infrastructure.
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents, responding promptly to their maintenance requests and concerns.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence in maintenance services.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in apartment maintenance or a related field.

  • Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry principles.
  • Valid authorization to work in the US.
Preferred Qualifications
