At The Columbus Organization, we are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to provide speech and language services for assigned schools and students. As a member of our team, you will conduct formal speech and language assessments, provide program consultation to BCPS staff and parents, and offer speech and language therapeutic intervention for students. You will also provide in-service training and support to parents and staff in areas of need.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree in Speech Pathology, a current license or limited license in Speech Pathology from the Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, and a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech and Hearing Association (ASHA) or be eligible to begin their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY). Experience working with children with intellectual or developmental disabilities is also required.
