About the RoleAs a Cardiac Rehabilitation Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients with cardiac conditions, including those undergoing cardiac rehabilitation. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring patients receive the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments to identify patient needs and develop effective care plans
- Provide direct patient care, including medication administration, wound care, and education
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice
- 1+ year of experience in cardiac rehabilitation or a related field
- Strong knowledge of cardiac anatomy, physiology, and pathophysiology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
