Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly skilled and experienced District Medical Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading our district's medical operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, and driving business performance. Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of medical directors to deliver high-quality patient care and drive business performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve clinical excellence, patient satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with operations leadership to support business performance and growth.
- Design and manage key operational drivers that make our practice work, including workflow, resource, and performance management.
- Develop and execute plans for strategic growth within the market.
- Partner with other district medical directors, departments, and local partners to continuously innovate and improve.
- Partner with the recruiting team to interview, hire, and onboard new providers.
- Cultivate an environment that continues to make One Medical an amazing place to work.
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
- Licensed in Georgia and Alabama.
- Excellent clinical and communication skills.
- Ability to inspire and lead, experience in coaching/teaching.
- Previous experience managing and leading a team of clinicians.
