About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Privacy and Information Security Counsel to join our Corporate Law Department. As a key member of our team, you will provide legal advice on federal and state privacy and information security requirements, enterprise risk management, and the compliance and ethics program.

Responsibilities
  • Advise on enterprise programs related to privacy, information security, risk, and compliance
  • Provide legal advice on federal and state privacy and information security requirements
  • Collaborate with business leaders throughout the enterprise to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential threats
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in law, technology, and business objectives to ensure effective advice
Requirements
  • Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school
  • Active license to practice law in at least one state and membership in good standing of the bar
  • 5+ years of experience with privacy and/or information security laws and regulations
  • Familiarity with risk and/or compliance programs
  • Demonstrated adaptability, learning agility, and ability to excel in a collaborative environment
