Mentor Behavioral Health, a leading provider of behavioral health services, is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing behavioral services and strategies for our growing program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Development: Develop and implement programs to ensure safety, structure, and enrichment for children, while maintaining compliance with policies and procedures.
- Training and Education: Provide training to staff, volunteers, and parents on behavioral strategies and techniques.
- Assessment and Planning: Assess individual needs of each child and develop behavioral plans to support their growth and development.
- Intervention and Support: Physically provide on-site behavioral interventions, as needed, and model behavioral skills for staff.
- Group Facilitation: Facilitate groups with caregivers, siblings, and family members to promote understanding and support.
- Materials Development: Develop materials to support behavior training and education.
- Collaboration and Communication: Attend team meetings and parent conferences to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
- Education: Master's Degree from an accredited institution required.
- Certification and Licensure: BCBA Certification and LBSC License required.
- Experience: 1 year of experience providing ABA services.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines, reliable and responsible attitude, and a compassionate approach.
