Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Development: Develop and implement programs to ensure safety, structure, and enrichment for children, while maintaining compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Training and Education: Provide training to staff, volunteers, and parents on behavioral strategies and techniques.
  • Assessment and Planning: Assess individual needs of each child and develop behavioral plans to support their growth and development.
  • Intervention and Support: Physically provide on-site behavioral interventions, as needed, and model behavioral skills for staff.
  • Group Facilitation: Facilitate groups with caregivers, siblings, and family members to promote understanding and support.
  • Materials Development: Develop materials to support behavior training and education.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Attend team meetings and parent conferences to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Education: Master's Degree from an accredited institution required.
  • Certification and Licensure: BCBA Certification and LBSC License required.
  • Experience: 1 year of experience providing ABA services.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines, reliable and responsible attitude, and a compassionate approach.
