Job Description

As a Hemodialysis Tech II at Disability Solutions, you will play a vital role in coordinating training for our team. This position offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in renal care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Clinic Manager and Department Nurse Educator to create and implement clinical floor training programs.
  • Ensure all staff members receive comprehensive training in UH policies, procedures, and dialysis theory for ESRD patient care.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of a high school diploma/GED or higher is necessary.
  • PCT certification with at least one year of experience in hemodialysis within the last 24 months is required.
  • CCHT certification and current American Heart Association, Basic Cardiac Life Support and Healthcare Provider card are essential.
