Program Overview

Our 14 Wolves development program is designed to train the next generation of laser engineers. This comprehensive program covers laser manufacturing, engineering change processes, project management, quality control, and continuous improvement best practices. You'll work closely with our experienced team to develop the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this exciting field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Initial Learnings (1-2 years): Mechanical Assembly, Optics Assembly and pre-alignment, Laser Tube Processing, Electronic Assy, RF Tuning, Laser Alignment, Laser Testing, Quality Control
  • Advancing Learnings: Manufacturing process documentation, Problem solving, Continuous improvement best practices, Conducts experimental tests and computer simulations, Collects and documents accurate and conclusive test data, Analyze technical data and draw conclusions from the analysis, Generate clear and concise reports for both technical and non-technical audiences, Develop an understanding of the state of the art in the field of lasers
Requirements
  • BA/BS/MS Degree in Physics, Mechanical/Chemical/Electrical/Engineering, or Chemistry
  • Good communication skills and enthusiasm to learn (curiosity)
  • Demonstrated leadership
  • Strong self-motivation
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Ability to stay focused in a high-pressure environment, can do attitude
  • Experience with hand tools
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

  • Sitting and Standing while performing duties
  • Lifting up to 50 pounds
