Evening Hospice Registered Nurse

Title: Evening Hospice RN, 20 Hours
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver professional nursing care to patients in their residences following a physician's established care plan.
- Collaborate with patients and families to create care plans with achievable and measurable goals.
- Educate patients and their families about their rights and responsibilities to facilitate informed choices regarding their care.
- Evaluate and address the comprehensive health care needs of patients.
- Exhibit proficiency in both assessment and clinical skills.
- Apply knowledge of pain management and symptom control effectively.
Qualifications:
- Valid R.N. license in the State of Maine.
- ANA certification in Home Health or Community Health Nursing is preferred.
- Current CPR certification is mandatory.
- Minimum of one year of recent clinical nursing experience is required.
- Possession of a reliable vehicle with appropriate insurance.
Work Schedule: 4pm - 8pm, Monday - Friday.
