Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a Customer Experience Expert to join our front desk team at Buffalo Lodging Associates, LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing reservations, and ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Your key responsibilities will include greeting guests, checking them in and out, handling room assignments, and resolving any issues that may arise during their stay. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, processing payments, and performing administrative tasks as needed.

About the Position:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage reservations, updates, and cancellations through the PMS, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
  • Handle cash transactions, process payments, and reconcile accounts accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a high level of organization, accuracy, and attention to detail in all aspects of your work.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in customer-facing roles preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team setting.
  • Basic computer knowledge, including intranet, PMS, Microsoft Office (WORD, EXCEL), and other software applications as required.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and acceptable driving history, subject to company approval.
