We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team at Kate Spade New York. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

1. Develop strong product knowledge across all categories and achieve individual sales goals.
2. Partner with Store Manager and Assistant Manager to elevate selling culture and initiate business-driving events in store.
3. Communicate the kate spade new york brand aesthetic, brand philosophy, and lifestyle to the sales team and customers.

• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment.
• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Standing for extended periods of time, able to safely lift boxes up to 50 pounds, and comfortable climbing ladders.

$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
