The Position: Customer Service Representative (G.O.V)

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing a variety of support, customer service, and office administration duties related to servicing customers. The representative will provide information to customers via telephone regarding product order status, delivery status, and coordination of product returns.

Responsibilities

  • Answer enquiries and provide information about goods and services
  • Answer phones
  • Data Entry
  • Investigate customer complaints
  • Process customer requests
  • Update customer accounts

Requirements

  • High School Diploma (or equivalent)
  • Be very motivated
  • Basic computer skills

  • Shows empathy under all circumstances

Compensation

Full-time position with a competitive hourly rate, depending on experience. 40 hours per week. All benefits included, including 401k, health benefits, and government employee discount.
