Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Laborer to join our team. As a Laborer, you will be responsible for performing physical labor tasks on industrial projects, ensuring efficient work processes, and maintaining a safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform tasks involving physical labor for industrial projects.
  • Operate a variety of hand and power tools.
  • Ensure work is being done efficiently with a safety-first mentality.
  • Keep work areas and job sites clean and orderly to prevent injuries and fatalities.
  • Communicate effectively with Foremen, Site Superintendents, and other team members.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Follow specific directions and perform a variety of duties.
  • Work within standards of accuracy and repeat tasks according to set procedures.
  • Evaluate information using measurable standards.
  • Stand or walk for long periods, use arms and hands to reach for and manipulate objects, and lift materials weighing up to 100 pounds.
  • Climb ladders, scaffolds, and other objects, and carry tools and equipment.
Other Requirements:
  • Pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screen, Criminal Background Check, Physical Exam, Customer Security Check, E-Verify, and Motor Vehicle Record (if applicable).
  • Be available for work when scheduled and use time effectively and productively.
  • Perform quality, accurate, complete, well-organized, concise, analytical, and well-articulated work.
  • Communicate, understand, and follow directions.
