Telecommunications Specialist

This role is essential in overseeing project operations to ensure that installation and scheduling objectives are met. You will collaborate closely with various teams, including Construction, Technology, and Store Planning, to facilitate project meetings, identify deficiencies, and propose effective solutions.

Project Management: Coordinate project activities to adhere to timelines by engaging with relevant stakeholders and ensuring the availability of necessary materials.

Wireless Network Integrity: Conduct thorough surveys to validate wireless connectivity and reliability, making adjustments to system components as required.

Cabling and Telecommunication Systems: Assist in the design and implementation of cabling systems, ensuring compliance with technical codes and standards while collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers.

Quality Assurance: Perform inspections of installations to guarantee compliance with contractual obligations, addressing any issues with the project manager.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to local codes and standards by liaising with regulatory bodies and developing action plans to resolve installation challenges.

Training and Development: Provide training sessions on safety, troubleshooting, and network operations, fostering hands-on learning experiences for technicians.

Business Solutions Implementation: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to identify business needs and monitor progress towards solutions.
