Responsibilities
- Manage a panel of patients with complex medical conditions, including geriatric patients
- Collaborate with primary care physicians and hospitalists to provide comprehensive care
- Develop and implement treatment plans to improve patient outcomes
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Requirements
- Medical degree from an accredited institution
- Active Florida medical license
- Board certification in Internal Medicine
- 2 years of experience in geriatric medicine or a related field
- BLS and ACLS certification
