- Recruit, train, and develop a team of skilled nurses who are dedicated to providing exceptional patient care.
- Manage staff scheduling, inventory control, and other administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the unit.
- Participate in quality assessment and improvement initiatives to ensure that patient care services are consistently high-quality.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification within 90 days of employment.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment.
- Registered Nurse with a recognized degree or diploma.
