Position Summary

As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our agents by managing sales and administrative tasks essential for servicing our clientele. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining and expanding our business operations.


Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in multi-line insurance, providing quotes and binding policies.
  • Address customer inquiries effectively, documenting requests and processing changes as needed.
  • Utilize strong communication skills across various platforms to resolve conflicts and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Support agents and service center staff with necessary tasks and decision-making regarding applicant insurability.
  • Oversee the efficient operation of the service center, including report generation, documentation, and mail management.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Ability to obtain an Insurance Producer license if selected for the position.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn new software and procedures.
  • A collaborative team player with a positive and professional demeanor.
