We are seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Therapy Supervisor to join our team at HCA Houston Healthcare Conroe. As a key member of our respiratory care team, you will be responsible for overseeing the administration of respiratory care to patients on your assigned shift.
Key Responsibilities- Provide support and direction to staff as needed to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Collaborate with the respiratory care team to develop and implement effective care plans.
- Participate in department education projects and trainings to stay up-to-date on the latest respiratory care techniques and technologies.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and staff satisfaction.
- Graduate of an AMA-approved Respiratory Therapy program required. Bachelors of Science degree in Respiratory Care preferred.
- Credentialed as a Registered Respiratory Therapist in the state of Texas required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical respiratory therapy setting required, including 1 year experience in intensive care.
- Current BLS Certification required.
- ACLS, PALS, and NRP preferred.
