Position Overview:

The Facility Maintenance personnel play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of all production facility maintenance tasks and minor project initiatives. Key responsibilities encompass a wide range of activities including building upkeep, HVAC systems management, electrical repairs, plumbing services, maintenance of shop equipment, lighting systems, and more. This role functions as a standalone department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance of Building & Grounds
  • Equipment upkeep and repairs
  • Management of HVAC systems
  • Basic electrical maintenance tasks
  • Plumbing and sewer system upkeep
  • Ventilation system maintenance in the shop
  • Modifications to in-house work areas
  • Coordination with vendors
  • Ordering of necessary parts
  • Execution of other assigned projects
Required Education and Experience:
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience
