About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Service Professional to join our team at Asbury Automotive Group. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and be knowledgeable about vehicle maintenance and repair.

Key Responsibilities
  • Present and sell needed products and services to customers in a professional manner
  • Bid on repairs, generating accurate estimates and communicating completion times to customers and technicians
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Collaborate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintain a safe work environment
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 18 years old and a valid driver's license
  • Previous experience as an automotive service advisor or similar role
  • Excellent customer service, phone, and computer skills
  • Able to manage in a fast-paced work environment with limited supervision
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures

Estimated Salary Range

$50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications
