Position Summary:

The Mortgage Loan Servicing Specialist is responsible for executing mortgage servicing tasks and administrative functions in accordance with established lending protocols and compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Completion of high school education or equivalent qualification.
  • Eligibility for registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS) and maintenance of registration as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO).
  • Fundamental knowledge of various mortgage products, including FHA, VA, and Conventional loans.
  • Awareness of pertinent guidelines, procedures, and underwriting standards.
  • Basic accounting principles understanding.
  • A minimum of two years of clerical and administrative experience, ideally within the real estate or mortgage sector, or a comparable mix of education and experience.
