Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Career Planning & Resources and Parent Engagement teams, including managing front desk operations, scheduling appointments, and maintaining calendars.
  • Correspondence and Communication: Handle correspondence, including email and phone communications, and maintain accurate records.
  • Event Logistics: Coordinate event logistics, including on-campus recruitment, workshops, career panels, and other events.
  • Database Management: Manage engagement data in the database, including tracking student and alumnae engagement, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Customer Service: Provide high-touch customer service to students, faculty, staff, and other members of the college community.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • Experience: At least two years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in higher education.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Blackbaud Raiser's Edge, and other databases and software applications.
