Job Summary

This role requires a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to lead the development and execution of digitally-enabled, omni-channel care solutions focused on improving member health outcomes, reducing costs, and enhancing member experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a holistic product vision and strategy to drive maximum value, aligned with the company's strategic roadmap and competitive position.
  • Anticipate future needs and identify opportunities for asset improvement, utilizing metrics and qualitative input.
  • Represent the product in governance meetings and clearly communicate roadmaps, priorities, experiments, and decisions across audiences.
  • Serve as accountable owner for sets of products/tools within the designated portfolio, identifying and driving cross-product and cross-customer value and shared learnings.
  • Guide Agile developments as Product Owner, owning the product backlog and refreshing and re-prioritizing it frequently with input from internal and partner teams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in science, technology, mathematics, or a related field, or relevant experience and/or education as determined by the company in lieu of a bachelor's degree.
  • 3 years of Product experience, including 3 years with the Software Lifecycle and 1 year of Advanced domain experience.
  • 1 year of experience with the Agile process is preferred.

Physical, Mental Demands, and Working Conditions
