  • Consistently demonstrate benchmark selling techniques to drive sales growth and meet sales targets.

  • Participate in team selling and collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals.
  • Monitor and positively impact store sales volume and metrics goals, meeting and maintaining personal volume targets.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, maintaining a clean and organized store environment that meets brand standards.
  • Help monitor store security, reporting any issues or discrepancies to management.
  • Participate in merchandise stock counts and report any discrepancies to management.
  • Maintain a workplace free of harassment and discrimination, adhering to company policies and reporting any concerns to management.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, standing and walking for extended periods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, twisting, and reaching.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to operate a cash register.
