Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Provide strategic leadership and guidance to our electrical engineering team, ensuring the successful execution of projects and the growth and development of our team members.
  • Project Execution: Oversee the planning, organization, and performance of detailed electrical design, ensuring compliance with industry standards and codes.
  • Client Management: Foster strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded, and providing high-level client maintenance to ensure the quality of our services.
  • Business Development: Drive the strategic growth of our electrical engineering business in the Arizona region, identifying new opportunities and developing strategies to expand our market share.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other offices and divisions to ensure projects are staffed with personnel having appropriate qualifications to perform assigned tasks.
  • Compliance and Quality: Ensure compliance with electrical project scope, budget, and schedule, and maintain high standards of quality assurance and training.
Requirements:
  • Professional Experience: Minimum of ten (10) years of electrical design experience and two (2) years of managing, supervising, or leading employees and engineering activities.
  • Education: Professional Engineering License, preferably within the state of Arizona OR with the ability to obtain an AZ PE.
  • Skills: Expertise in specifying and designing electrical systems in at least one of the core industries served by TAI: Data Centers, laboratories, industrial, or government facilities.
  • Travel: Must be willing to travel to client sites in Phoenix and areas throughout Arizona and occasionally across the US.
