We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Nepa Trading & Investment LLC. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including clerical and administrative functions, to drive company success in an office setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, drafting correspondences, and developing organized filing systems.
- Assist with office tasks, such as answering inbound telephone calls, greeting and assisting onsite guests, and performing other administrative duties as assigned.
- Develop and implement effective administrative processes to improve office efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve company goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in office administration or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software.
